In the build-up to Christmas amidst Covid-19, streaming provider NowTV wanted to provide a way for people to exchange virtual greetings. We created the NowTV Greetings Gram, a virtual recreation of a famous festive movie scene. With some technical wizardry, users are able to upload a picture of themselves and choose a festive message, all of which get incorporated into a downloadable video they can share with friends and family.
I was responsible for all of the design on the project including the tool, landing page and logo. Creating the tool involved building up the attire so that the hat, scarf and gloves could be customised by the user once they had uploaded and cropped an image of themselves. All assets had to come together to create a convincing image that gave the impression that the user was really in the scene.
